There is a young man running through a dark forest like setting.  He is medium height and he has hair medium length hair. He is a typical teenager who wears jeans and a polo shirt. The audience can see his breath in the cold. The bushes and trees move as if there is something in them and are chasing the character. His long hair flies back in the wind as he runs.  As he continues to run he leaps over dead fallen trees and small hills.  The man trips over a branch on the floor grazing his knee. He quickly turns round and as he backs up on his hands the figure moves across the camera finishing the scene.

The next scene opens with a book slamming on to a table and the young man sits down to read it. The scene is set 8 hours earlier at his home. The book slams next to another book that says the characters name on (Charlie Wood). He begins to read his book page by page. To show that he has read the whole book over time the clocks hands move faster (clock starts moving faster at 12). The book contains stories and facts about legends and myths. He then gets a phone call telling him to take the book back.

On route he ends up in a forest like area. By this time it has become night and is quite dark. Wind begins to rustle the bushes and trees making his imagination run wild. The mythical creatures that he had read about began to come to life in his head, so he began to run. The wind blows the bushes in an effect that makes it look like a creature is following him. The scene from the beginning is then repeated. As the figure stands over him it is revealed that it is a passing runner who then helps him up and runs off.  He looks around and the runner had disappeared. The young man looks down to find a large foot print in the mud. A shadow looms over the charachter and the screen turns to black. At the end of the film it shows the young man’s body lay on the floor, his body is then dragged away by something/ someone...
